Announcing Get Your Medication Check-Up Patient Brochure
The Foundation has joined APhA to create Get Your Medication Check-Up, a brochure for patients which shows the benefits of meeting with their pharmacist to manage their medications. It provides information in an easy-to-read format and explains what a medication check-up is, who should have a medication check-up, and the services that the community pharmacist can provide in this area.
